You will be the heart of our company, providing essential, non-medical in-home care that enables our clients to live safely and independently. Your compassion, reliability, and professional dedication will directly enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Companionship & Emotional Support: Engage in conversation, shared activities, and provide friendly companionship.

Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Mobility Assistance: Help with transfers, walking, and positioning.

Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare meals and snacks according to client needs.

Light Housekeeping: Perform light duties like laundry, dishwashing, and tidying up.

Errands & Transportation: Provide transportation to appointments and shopping (using your own insured vehicle).

Medication Reminders: Provide timely reminders for clients to take their own medications.

Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.

Successful completion of Ohio BCI and FBI fingerprint background checks.

Willingness to complete agency-provided training.

Current CPR and First Aid certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience as a caregiver, HHA, or STNA.

Ohio HHA Certificate (may qualify for a higher starting wage).
