For over 12 years I’ve believed small extra efforts make a big difference when done for the right reasons. I’m Alimamy Sesay. I started in healthcare as a home health aide, nursing assistant, direct support provider, and certified dementia practitioner in assisted living, in‑home care, and memory care. Working one‑on‑one with seniors and people with Alzheimer’s taught me how much personalized, attentive care matters.
This experience for direct patient care led me to the Ohio State University Family Medicine practice, where I worked alongside doctors as a Certified Medical Assistant for 5+ years to gain a understanding of comprehensive patient health from a clinical perspective. I further my education and become a private duty nurse providing skilled nursing services in the comfort of patients homes.

My mission as new agency owner is to connect the dots from the vast experiences I have acquired and build a company of empathetic caregivers.
It became evident that truly understanding patient needs on a deeper and vulnerable level (their home), makes caring a more personalized venture to every individual we encounter.
I'm not just an administrator; I am a caregiver who has been in your shoes.
We bring that same first-hand, clinical expertise and heartfelt compassion into every home we serve in Central Ohio.

Sesay believes the best care happens when caregivers feel supported. That’s why Altus Home Support focuses on ongoing training, a positive work environment, and recognizing our aides’ hard work by compensating top hourly rate to accommodate economical changes. Whether checking in with clients, volunteering at senior centers, or hosting team events, Sesay lives by this motto: Caring comes from the heart and should feel like family. Outside of work, he enjoys soccer with local youths, frequent gym visits, exploring Ohio parks, and quiet reading time.
