Monthly Retainer:$2,999 for 20 hours/month.
Effective Hourly Rate: ~$38.00 for any service in this tier.
Add-Ons: Additional hours at $38/hr.

(For clients needing moderate weekly support)
Choice of Tier 1 or Tier 2 services.
Monthly Retainer:$4,499 for 40 hours/month (~10 hours/week).
Effective Hourly Rate:$32.50 (Companion) or $36.50 (Personal Care).
This plan offers a 5-8% discount vs. buying 40 à la carte hours, incentivizing commitment.

Choice of Tier 1 or Tier 2 services.
Monthly Retainer: $8,999 for 90 hours/month (~20+ hours/week).
Effective Hourly Rate: $30.00 (Companion) or $34.00 (Personal Care).
This plan offers a 10-15% discount, locking in larger monthly commitments.

Premium & Specialized Service Pricing (À La Carte)
These are charged in addition to any retainer or as standalone services at a premium rate.
Dementia & Alzheimer's Care:
Requires specialized training and caregiver certification.
Surcharge of $5.00/hour on top of the base service rate (e.g., Personal Care + Dementia = $38 + $5 = $43/hr).
24/7 Continuous Care (Live-In / Shift Care):
Priced as a daily or weekly flat rate, not hourly.
Example: $550 - $650 per 24-hour period for a dedicated, trained caregiver (based on Ohio rates). This covers 16-18 billable hours in a 24-hour period, with legally mandated breaks/sleep time for the caregiver.
